I once quit playing online poker as I noticed that it was getting bad for me, not only financially was it draining since I was becoming a gambling addict, but also for my health as I barely got 4 hours of sleep every night since I would play till wee hours of the morning and still go to work at 8 AM. Of course gambling is not really a good way to rely upon money so this is just what I call a hobby which I quite abused back then. I thought being single gave me no worries yet of saving for other things.
But I guess I was wrong. Back then I used to play Omaha High-Low as this was where I mostly won than in any other poker variants. There have been other variants of casino poker games like Omaha Poker and even the high-low games but I never quite got to like them so much. After almost getting bankrupt one time, I decided to stop altogether. Now after rehabilitating myself, I still play a game or two but not anymore the high stakes like I usually did back then the reason I cant stop is that I really enjoy poker whether online or live one.
