So functions it performs better than others, speed is definitely not one of the SX200 strongest points and even though the official spec sheet claim a maximum speed of 34ppm (pages per minute) in reality the SX200 is only capable of 4ppm, which is pretty slow. Print quality however is the complete opposite, it excellent, well behind what you would expect from a printer at this price. The SX200 is capable of printing high resolution photo prints on a wide range of media types as well as all the standard documents like text and graphics. The scanner and copier functions are not as impressive as the printing but they are perfectly adequate for small volumes of basic tasks and also have some convenient features like PC-free copying for example. The SX200 feels well put together has an attractive design and is very compact and will fit in well in most home or small office environments.
